WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
At Outdoorman's Lounge, we accept a variety of payment methods to make your purchase as convenient as possible. We accept the following forms of payment:

Cash: We accept cash payments for all purchases made in-store.

Credit cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards for all purchases made in-store and online.

Bank Deposits: We also accept bank deposits, customers can make a deposit to our bank account and once the payment is confirmed we will proceed with the shipment or the pick up of the item.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Outdoorsman Lounge, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of firearms and the legal and safety regulations in Belize, we have a specific return policy that must be followed:

All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on firearms.

If a firearm is defective or damaged, it must be reported to Outdoorsman Lounge within 24 hours of receipt.

We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and offer a repair or replacement as appropriate.

Ammunition and accessories can be returned within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of ammunition and accessories.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning a product.

Before returning any item, customers must contact Outdoorsman Lounge to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

All returns must be shipped to Outdoorsman Lounge with a valid tracking number. Outdoorsman Lounge is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
